Titus Twosday Ladies Fellowship

Titus Twosday meets once a month on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 7 PM in the church basement.  Each meeting consists of prayer, study, and fellowship.  Our goal for Titus Twosday comes from Titus 2:3-4 which instructs older women to "encourage the younger women to love their husbands, to love their children, to be sensible, pure, workers at home, kind, being subject to their own husbands, that word of God may not be dishonored."  To accomplish that goal we are currently studying Proverbs 31:10-31. Proverbs 31 describes how the functioning of a wife, through her oversight of the household, blesses her husband.  For the next number of months we are going to study this strong and productive woman and use her characteristics as a springboard into many practical applications that even the modern day wife can apply to her life.  Get ready for some fun and creative meetings & activities that will help you find new ways of producing and bringing gain to your husband and family.  The sphere of the Proverbs 31 woman is in some ways unattainable.  However, the strong desire that she has to create and produce on behalf of her family is something that each of us should strive for even though it might not be manifested in exactly the same ways.  Verse 27 states that the Proverbs 31 woman "looks well to the ways of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness."  Come join us as we learn how to excel in this area of household management.
